EVERY COIN COUNTS, EVERY ACT COUNTS
He is ROAMING THE STREETS in tarters and RUGS, flat belly with NO EXPECTATIONS at all of LINING his THROAT SOON. What do you think if you WERE TO SPARE a MEAL and DONATE it to him?
She is WANDERING all over with NO ONE TO SUPPORT HER now that her HUSBAND KICKED the BUCKET and she is the FOCUS of SCOLDS: NO SISTER wants to see her TWO KILOMETERS near her husband.
She almost LOST HOPE on GETTING REMARRIED. She is PERCIEVED to be DANGEROUS and the CHIEF SUSPECT in her HUSBAND’S DEATH, although he actually died in a ROAD ACCIDENT but now TWISTED to be that SHE KILLED him with HIV- AIDS.
You feel the URGE to CONTRIBUTE to that metal TIN BOX you see on that COUNTER REPRESENTING that ORPHANAGE, hospital BILL, school FEES ACCOUNT for the MEEK and LESS FORTUNATE, but you feel SHY to drop a FEW COINS you have in your palm that it’s too little.
A situation has arisen where 1000 USD is NEEDED and you only have 20 USD and your OTHER SELF CONVINCES you that that’s TOO LITTLE and it is a shame to give in CHARITY.
That’s how we MISS OUT on the VALUABLE OPPORTUNITY to get the ticket to JANNA ( PARADISE). We have FOR LONG DEGRADED our INTELLIGENCE that too little charity is not WORTHY. If we were to give the SMALLEST WE HAVE and we give it often and WITH DEVOTION, then that little would BLOSSOM into something BEYOND your IMAGINATION. The well ENDOWED, due to CLASS, aren’t ACCESSIBLE and by the time they are reached, the situation has already GONE OUT of HAND. Learn to give in CHARITY HOWEVER SMALL and if possible EVERY single DAY.
Train your LITTLE KIDS to give in the WAY of GOD however small. TRAIN YOURSELF to CONTRIBUTE to GOODNESS wherever that goodness avails itself and learn to APPRECIATE YOUR SITUATION rather than COVETTING a higher STATUS. If you have SHOES to CHANGE, another one HAS NO FEET on which to wear the shoes. DON’T UNDERATE ANY SMALL CHARITY BUT RATHER, GIVE THAT SMALL ONE.
unityأبي ذر رضي الله عنه قال: قال لي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : ”لا تحقرن من المعروف شيئاً، ولو أن تلقى أخاك بوجه طلق”
Abu Dharr (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “Do not disdain a good deed, (no matter how small it may seem) even if it is your meeting with your (Muslim) brother with a cheerful face.”
