USED AND DUMPED
THEY are now WEAK and FRAIL. They are VULNERABLE and PRONE to even the WEAKEST ATTACKS. CORONA has CLAIMED most of them. Their FIGURES in the Corona list of shame is DISHEARTENING. Let’s flash back when we were still running around with our UNCOVERED BEHINDS and we SAW PROTECTION and PROVIDENCE in them. Today they are OVER 70 YEARS of AGE and some have hit 100 years mark. They now NEED our UNDIVIDED ATTENTION and SERVITUDE. They are OUR PARENTS and GRANDPARENTS. Our fathers aren’t any FAR BEHIND and we will follow SOON. The TREATMENT we Accord them is DISMAL and the LOOKS WE THROW once in a while are TELLING IT ALL. They can easily CURSE YOU or BLESS you. They LOSE their TEMPERS easily. Their REASONING ABILITY is now in QUESTION although old is still GOLDEN. Their MEMORY is actually LOST and will ask you MINOR THINGS MULTIPLE TIMES. IT’S our TIME and CHANCE to either SERVE them with HUMILITY, LOVE and ENTHUSIASM and acquire our HEAVENLY KEYS or NEGLECT them as we do citing busy schedules and SEE HEAVEN ON VIUSASA. Islam has drawn the THIN RED LINE. If you DON’T show MERCY to our YOUNG and ACKNOWLEDGE the RIGHTS of our OLD, then you DON’T SHARE in the DNA OF ISLAM. May Allah have MERCY on our old who have SUCCUMBED to CORONA and other related illnesses. May he HEAL the ones HANGING on to THEIR LIVES on life support machines. May he ALLEVIATE this PANDEMIC off the world and guide us in the straight path.
Abu Hurayra reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, “Anyone who does not show mercy to our children nor acknowledge the right of our old people is not one of us.”
