What About Us

What about us,
With scars and bruises of loving,
With no cars and gifts to impress,
With no tulips and roses to express,
What about us,
With only word art,
And feelings to give,?

What about us
With tears to wash
The dirty hearts
Words to cleanse
The old wounds
Praise to lift the dead hearts
And love to waste on them
What about us

What about us,
With pain and grief,
Hidden in silent letters,
With hate and love ,
Hidden in silent stanzas,
With belief and trust,
Society won’t undress,
Hidden in silent frame poetry?

What about us
With sadness and malice
Anger without propotion
Grief to cover the ocean
Sorrow enough to trade
Pain which knows no end

What about us,
Left on the land of grief to anguish,
With no hate,
With love and trust to show

What about us
With hearts broken
Happiness taken
Joy forsaken
And us forgotten

What about us
Whom see no tomorrow,
Whom yesterday is taken prison,.
Whom today is an old rugged piece of cloth?

What about us
With yesterday on paper
Tomorrow written down
Today painted on ink
And a future in black and white
